30-day returns. If the product isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Change of mind
Return the item within 30 days in resaleable condition with its original packaging. Return postage is at your cost. Once the item reaches us, we'll refund the purchase price within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
Contact us straight away with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
Incompatible with your setup
If the product doesn't fit your monitor, desk or laptop, this is treated as a change-of-mind return. We recommend checking the compatibility details on the product page before ordering — and if you're unsure, email us first and we'll check for you.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and an address.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
These rights apply in addition to, and are not limited by, our 30-day returns policy.
