Will the monitor arm fit my screen?
It uses the standard VESA mounting pattern found on the back of most monitors. Check your monitor's VESA size and weight in its manual, then compare with the specifications on the product page. If you're unsure, email us your monitor model and we'll check for you.
Will it fit my desk?
The clamp attaches to the edge of the desk. Check your desk thickness against the specifications on the product page. Glass desks and desks with a rear overhang may not be suitable.
Can I install it myself?
Yes. The arm attaches with a clamp and the mounting plate screws to the back of your monitor. No drilling into the desk is required.
Will the laptop stand fit my laptop?
Check the supported size range on the product page against your laptop's screen size.
Delivery
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free Australia-wide, with no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Not at the moment.
Payment
How can I pay?
We accept payment through PayPal, which also lets you pay by card without a PayPal account.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment is processed by PayPal and we never see or store your card details.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Australian dollars.
Returns
What if it doesn't work for me?
Return it within 30 days for a full refund. See our Returns & Refunds page for details, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email us with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
